* Cancellation is free of charge until 3:00 PM the day prior to the arrival date. Any cancellation outside of this period will incur a charge equivalent to the cost of the first night's stay.
* For reservations that are a no-show or in the event of early departure, the total stay will be charged as a penalty.
* In case of modification to the reservation, the hotel will consider it as a new booking and update the rate based on prices, availability, and conditions set on the day of modification.
