For each hotel night booked with the Accommodation + car included rate through our website, customers will receive one day's free car hire. Once the accommodation reservation with car included has been made and confirmed, you will receive a form to fill in, which must be completed at least 4 days prior to arrival to confirm the reservation (delivery of the car is not guaranteed if the customer does not send the completed form).
The accommodation + car rate includes: hotel accommodation and meals associated with the selected room, free rental car with mileage, partial insurance with excess, free pick-up and drop-off service at the hotel (options such as premium comprehensive insurance, baby seat, booster seat and other extras will be charged to the customer).
The no-charge car rental contract will be signed directly with the Class Rent a Car agent when the car is collected. Minimum ages will be taken into account for the rental, and the customer must present the necessary documentation and provide proof of booking when the car is collected. (Tel. +0034 971 196 285 and +0034 871 719 911). This promotion implies acceptance of the Class Rent a Car General Rental Terms and Conditions. Collection of the vehicle will be at the hotel associated with the reservation between 09:00 and 19:00h. For out-of-hours collections, the vehicle will be handed over the next day during the same times. There is a 24h drop-off service for returns. The customer will be able to leave the key at reception and the car parked in a permitted spot in the hotel parking lot once the rental period is over, so that a Class Rent a Car agent can collect it at a time previously agreed with the company.
The customer’s failure to show up at the agreed place and time for the start of the service will be considered a unilateral termination of the contract and of the customer’s booking, with a penalty of 100 % of the booking price.
The vehicle model associated with the accommodation reservation is guaranteed; should it not be available, one of equal or superior category will be provided.
A credit card number and expiration date will be required as a guarantee.
